Job Requirements:

Contract Duration: 12 months (Can be converted to permanent after performance evaluation)
- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/ 9am6pm (Fully Onsite)
- Location: Jln Tun Razak, KL

Required Qualifications:
- Wellknown in SAP
- Strong MS Office Skills
Essential Reponsibilities:
- Project management:
- Preparing for quotation and attending R3 Handover
- Project/ SO creation, update, and closure
- Replicate projects in Smax and manage project schedules and assigned to engineers
- Regular review and update on ongoing projects and ensure financial tie out before closure
- SOX clearance: Ensure errors/ defects are cleared regularly
- Weekly reporting:
- Weekly review on Revenue, BL, Project CM, Orders, Oppty & Risk and highlight project issues requiring further investigation (ie negative CM)
- Lead investigation into negative CM/ CM variance >5% jobs
- Reporting
- Routine and adhoc
- Customer & Vendor registration and update (thru MDM & HICX)
- Raise PO request for purchasing direct/ indirect purchases (thru SAP/ ARIBA)
- Assistance with business campaign and promotion
- Admin Support
- Customer training, Shipping, Calibration, Doc collection etc
- Support to Finance for Audit, Collection, Tax.
- Other adhoc assignment

RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
