Sales Admin Executive - Petaling Jaya, Malaysia - RedRadar International (Recruitment Agency)
Description
Responsible for providing administrative support to department operation and practices.- Coordinate and arrange meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensure that team member is kept current information.
- Ensure the department operation and executions, also undertake appropriate control measure to make sure operations are conducted cost effectively within approved budget.
- Identify and develop comprehensive client & customer relations strategies and plans.
- Implement the customer relationship management to improve the department networking and develop departmental culture with shared values.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and get the feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
