Digital Marketing Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Evaluates emerging technologies.
Managing all digital marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Developing the digital marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
To work independently using own initiative as well as be part of a team and able to build good working relationships with others.
Coordinating digital marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Overseeing the company's digital marketing budget.
Creation and publication of all digital marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within education industry
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) in English.
Strong creative outlook, confident and dynamic personality.
Strong and passionate interest in marketing.
Required language(s): English / Chinese/Arabic/Malay
Malaysian or non Malaysian citizen that able to speak Mandarin/Chinese/ Arabic/ Malay are encouraged to apply
Applicants must be willing to work in Megan Avenue II,Jalan Yap Kwan Seng (Near KLCC)
Nearest train station: Putra LRT KLCC

Regular Hours: Monday

Friday 95pm
Industry: Education/Training
At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
