1) To oversee the daily operations of the building in accordance with policies & procedures 2) To lead and supervise admin personnel, technicians, guards, cleaners to effectively manage the operational efficiency of the building 3) To conduct regular site inspections of the estate premises including infrastructure, amenities etc. with a view of safety of proprietors and/or its residents 4) To attend occupant's/tenants complain 5) To supervise service providers/contractors to ensure adherence to work scope 7) To obtain and supervise commercial tenants to rectify technical issues 8) To be able to plan meetingVPC ALLIANCE (PJ) SDN BHD., is part of the VPC Malaysia group of Property Consultants.
