1. Uphold and display the Kenny Hills' Vision, Mission and Family Values at all times.- Be the image of Kenny Hills Bakers to promote its "Culture' philosophy.
- Determining order frequency of stock requirements and replenishments.
- Evaluating different suppliers and (warehousing/storage) needs.
- Defining logistic requirements and properly plan the rotation and routine schedule that meets the operational efficiencies in deliveries.
- Ensuring purchases meet the criteria of Kenny Hills Bakers.
- Reviewing terms and conditions and negotiating contracts.
- Discussing and defining prioritise criteria based on current and future operational needs.
- Forecasting future logistics operational growth and needs.
- Reconcile orders from respective kitchen heads.
- Facilitate discussion on par level and benchmarks.
- Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.
- Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies.
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer supplier power.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
- Attend and present the Department work progress (KPI) during the Quarterly Market Meeting.
- Well versed in CONWIP (constant work in process); Production Control Systems.
- Implementation of Stock Management System (SMS) - Inter Department Transfer - Inter Outlet Transfer - Internal Debit Advice - Inventory Taking Form - Wastage Report - R&D Report - Stock Count Sheet - Practice FIFO - Raw & Processed Food Costing - EOM Stock Count
