Description

• Produce general dimension 2D and 3D drawing in AutoCAD format for metal fabrication and shop drawings.
• Generate detail fabrication drawings to be used in production floor.
• Designs and produce drawing according to the given specifications and design data.
• Liaise closely with Drafting Executive or Project Leader to obtain clear specifications for designing of a product and incorporating information into the drawing.
• Prepare bills of materials and specify proper quantities for use by procurement and production.
• Check and review drawings and illustrations before submission to Drafting Executive for approval.
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
• Help & support to solve fabrication problems if conflict arises.
• Update Master Drawing List.
• To act on any other responsibilities and duties as may be directed from time to time.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Auto CAD software and 2 years experiences in related industry field.
• Experience in Steel Structure and Sheet Metal will be an added advantage.
• Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Willing to learn and able to take the initiative and solve fabrication problems.
• Able to work overtime will be preferable.
