Description of our business:

CSF Agency is a financial institution that provides services and products to our clients. We are established in 2009.


Job Scopes:


  • Perform market research to determine potential for selling and analyze client needs
  • Participate in marketing and planning evaluation activists
  • Develop marketing plans in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Identify new referral sources and follow up with clients to find out the needs to reestablish the service
  • Keep on seeking new opportunities (i.e. launch networking, managing social media editorials))
  • Conscious of the current industry regulations

Requirements:


  • Minimum SPM/STPM qualification, Diploma and Bachelor Degree is an advantage
  • Excellent and proficient communication skills in English & Malay, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Passionate acquiring new skills and knowledge
  • Strong leadership and team working skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Willingness to extend your sales knowledge
  • Must be a resultdriven and selfmotivated individual
  • Have their own transportation
