Customer Service:

Job scope:

To deliver excellent CS and manage the needs of Shopee's customer (through live chats)
Liaise with other departments as required to resolve user issues
Professionally handle the high volume of inquiries from customer
Able to speak and write in English fluently

Working days:5 days a week, 2 day off (1 weekend and 1 weekday)

Working hours:

9.00am to 6.00pm (including 1 hour break)
12.00am to 2.00am if and when required during campaign only _(The 2 hours will be deducted from their normal working hours)_

Basic:RM2,500

OT:Based on EA (if required)

Statutory Benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave & Sick Leave):Based on EA

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A team player with high level of dedication.
Fluently communicate in basic English/ Bahasa to facilitate effective communication with sellers and customers.
