Description
Identifies business opportunities by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with existing clients- Sells products and services (mainly professional saloon skincare) by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions tailored to each customer's needs
- Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management
- Maintains quality service by responding to customers in a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending business solutions to the clients
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure prompt and accurate solution
- Prepare and submit to management daily/weekly sales report
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Posses excellent communication skills, customer relationship/service management and ability to multitask
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
