Accounts Specialist - Selangor, Malaysia - Nordson

Description

• Perform AP and AR data entry for Vietnam and Indonesia
• Process employee expense claim for Malaysia and Vietnam
• Credit controller for both NMAL and NSEA, review and monitor AR balances and aging
• Validate Request For Credit by distributors
• Responsible and liaise with company secretary for both NMAL and NSEA
• Ensure compliance of processes with Nordson policy
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management

• Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualification
• Intermediate excel skill
• Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software / SAP preferred
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, good with numbers with high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
• Diligent, proactive, resourceful and a good team player
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
