    Job Overview

    We are ProspectAccess, a leading e-commerce company, seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our LazMall Campaign operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage campaign bookings, coordinate processes, and process sales orders with commercial teams.
    • Track post-campaign performance and enforce penalty deductions.
    • Manage visual asset submission timelines and perform quality checks for graphic assets.
    • Build campaign pages for LazMall campaigns as required.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth campaign operations.
    • Provide customer service support via LazMall Retail store instant messaging chats.

    Frequency:

    • Daily: Manage asset submissions, build campaign pages, and troubleshoot channel and campaign page issues.
    • Monthly: Create and maintain monthly campaign trackers and folders.
    • Ad hoc: Follow up on asset changes, handle ad-hoc requests related to campaign performance, and be on standby after working hours during campaign days.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field.
    • Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome.
    • Ability to manage data and utilize data insights.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Capable of multitasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical and creative thinking.
    • Team player with a desire to learn and grow.
