Description

Job Role:

  • Manage laboratory and ensure equipment is properly running and calibrated.
  • Lead coordinator for Quality control and ensuring products meet specifications. Manage customer complaints, investigation, troubleshooting and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure company compliance to Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.
  • As the local Product Head, to coordinate with Operations team and Global/Regional Product managers on any activities related product portfolio management.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical engineering.
  • 5 & above years of experience in the lubricants or specialty chemicals industry preferably in an R&D, laboratory, quality control, or product management function.
  • Knowledge of Quality control procedures and local EH&S regulations.
  • Team management experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and the Local Language.
  • Strong analytical ability and good organization skills.
  • Teamplayer, selfdriven and motivated, resultsoriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions

RM7, RM8,000.00 per month
