- Responsible for preparations for the opening of stores in the area under your jurisdiction, including recruitment and training of store employees.
- Responsible for the operation and management of stores in the region, assisting and guiding the personnel, materials, equipment, cleaning, safe operations, emergencies, etc. of stores in the region;
- Responsible for comprehensive operating indicators such as turnover, cost, profit, customer satisfaction, employee development, etc. of stores in the jurisdiction;
- Conduct regular store inspections to identify problems, formulate improvement plans, and supervise implementation.
Job Requirements:
- More than three years of experience in chain enterprise operation and management, experience in coffee, tea, and catering is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and guide the work of others.
- Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is preferred;
Salary:
RM6, RM10,000.00 per month
