Product Manager - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Nexxa Technology Sdn. bhd.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in product research and market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development and launch activities.
- Help create product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and user data to identify areas for improvement or new feature development.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop product positioning and promotional materials.
- Conduct user testing and gather insights to validate product usability and functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
- Provide general administrative support to the product management team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in product management, product development, or a related role is a plus.
- Ability to design product interaction prototypes, process flows, and requirement specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach to work.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
Salary:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
