Production planner / supervisor
Location :
Kg Melayu Subang
Working Days : 5 days ( Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)
Nature of Business:
Established packaging manufacturing company
- Daily review production schedule and execution of projects in timely manner.
- Ensure projects are completed on time to meet shipment.
- Oversee production efficiency while resources met maximize usage.
- Conducting performance appraise, supervise and communicating job expectations, coaching, counselling, and disciplining.
- Supervising production floor staff and ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors.
- Investigate operational problems affecting production and advice for solutions.
- To ensure product and process quality meets specifications required while the product is produced good quality.
- Organizing training and educational manual for the production team
- Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standard
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Requirements:
- Min SPM & Above
- Basic skills in MS Office
- Able to communicate and written in English & BM
- Work for 5 days in a week, Monday to Friday
- Working hours : 8am 5pm
Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
