Sales Executive - Logistics


Location:
Shah Alam


Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition: Prospect and reach out to potential clients in the logistics industry. Present our comprehensive logistics services and solutions to showcase our capabilities and value.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their logistics needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and work towards exceeding them. Develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Utilize market intelligence to position our logistics services competitively.

Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals. Communicate our unique selling points and benefits to potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and work collaboratively to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure timely and successful contract closures.

Client Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support. Foster long-term partnerships with clients and maximize client retention.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services and deliver outstanding client experiences.


Requirements:


  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Must have experience in freight forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets.
