    Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales support to team by identifying and managing customer needs, processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders to customers.
  • Coordinate and liaise between internal stakeholders to ensure smooth fulfilment of orders.
  • Coordinate and liaise with Key Account Managers & Business Development Managers for new business implementation, claims and/or disputes/issues.
  • Responsible for quotation handling including costing and pricing.
  • Keep regular contact with customers to maintain good relationships and provide advice to their enquiries.
  • Develop and manage business development procedures and related documentation as per the companies/customer
  • Prepare reports including weekly sales pipeline reports per Management's requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the thirdparty logistics sector and/or management experience is required
  • Demonstrated freight forwarding, warehousing and logistics operations expertise
  • Proven ability to work on crossfunctional and multicultural teams
  • Customer oriented, proactive with good organisational skills
  • Minimum 3 years of total working experience in the Logistics services industry
  • Recognised Diploma/Degree
