Account Executive- To prepare & update monthly management accounts analysis.
- Assist to prepare & update Cash flow management, forecasting and budgets.
- To key into accounting system, update & filling daily for banking transaction.
- To checking & monitoring banking facilities (Trade Finance and Bank Overdraft).
- To prepare & update Monthly Account Receivable (AR), Monthly Trade Debtors Aging, Monthly Collection Report and Monthly Statement.
- To prepare & update Monthly Account Payable (AP), Monthly Trade Creditors Aging, Monthly Payment Report and Monthly Statement.
- Assist to prepare & update Monthly Retention Receivable Report, Monthly Retention Payable Report, Monthly Turnover Report and Monitoring Claim Retention (Progress Claim Report).
- Assist to prepare & update Prepayments Account report and Accruals Account Report.
- Assist to prepare & update Depreciation on Fixed Asset account.
- Assist prepare Monthly Sales and Costing Analysis Report by projects.
- Establish business relations with banking sector, auditors, regulators and professionals.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
- To implementation of effective accounting strategies, policies and procedures.
- To filling all accounting document by daily.
Pay:
From RM3,500.00 per month
