FP Markets is a well-established global CFD broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies and we are currently looking to recruit a full-time Customer Support Specialist - Chinese Speaker in our Malaysia Office.

Responsibilities:

• Educating clients on how to use the Company's website and trading platforms
• Assisting other departments

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Native or nearnative Chinese and fluent English is essential

Recruitment Process:

• Interview with the future manager (45 min 1 hour) to assess match to the job and the team
• Final Interview with People Function (45 min 1 hour) to assess match to our culture and company
