Description
To promote banking product- Explain the product or service to potential customers
- Handle customer questions
- Obtain customer information including names and addresses
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
*office near by LRT station
Requirements:
- Speak Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Having telemarketing working experience will be preferred
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work independent and have own transport
- Possess a good interpersonal skills and actively interact with all levels of customer
