Permanent Full Time Role


Location:


  • Jalan Ampang/Jalan Tun Razak, KL (Accessible by public transport)

Responsibilities:


  • Take inbound calls regarding financial products
  • Servicing the Singaporean market
  • Crucial in building and retaining customer relationships
  • Identify and resolves customer inquiries/issues accurately
  • Educate the customer about the products and services and directs them toward available resources for selfhelp
  • Completes accurately the necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions
  • Responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department
  • Assigns or acts on any required customer followup in accordance with Contact Centre guidelines
  • Maximizes opportunities to up sell or crosssell products and services which meet customer's needs
  • Updates customer data and other relevant information into the relevant systems (as required) accurately
  • Maintains confidentiality of the customers and data

Requirements:


  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Bachelor's degree: 1 Year work experience
  • Diploma: 2 Years work experience
  • SPM: 5 Years work experience
  • Must be able to work rotational shift
  • Must be able to communicate in English: speaking, writing, and reading

All Working Experience must be AT LEAST one year duration
