Developing and maintaining a close relationship with Enablers
Oversee assigned accounts and resolve enablerrelated inquiries, issues, and escalations from various stakeholders
Constructing highlevel strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growth
Educating Enablers on methods to increase their traction in Shopee
Working closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, merchandising) to support business operations of Enablers
Other enablerrelated roles and responsibilities that may be required from time to time to support team needs

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in any field; experience in the ecommerce industry will be an added advantage
28 years of working experience, preferably in a role with relationship management / customer service experience
Innovative problemsolving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
Excellent team player with strong business acumen, and a drive to always deliver on KPIs
Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to communicate with various stakeholders
