Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, planning, and execution of processes and procedures to support Operations Team of Consulting Group day to day operations.
- Develop scheduling and capacity reporting on resourcelevel forecasts, project financial performance, and adhoc requests based on business needs.
- Update operation system information, e.g., Salesforce CRM, PSA, etc.
- Manage and implement new resourcerelated systems and processes.
- Support labour resource management function for the Consulting Group.
- Maintain relationships with internal resources and leadership to ensure smooth planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 35 years of operation / sales support experience required
- Working knowledge with SalesForce systems is a plus
- Strong focus on process and detail; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
