Description

• Maintains accounting system.
• Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
• Reviews financial reports & prepares financial forecasts.
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Reviews and processes payments of the company.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Lead the financial and management reporting team, ensuring deliverables are prepared timely and complied with relevant regulatory requirements;
• Responsible for quarterly/annual reporting, including audited financial statements and submission to regulatory bodies;
• Coordinate, capture and produce financial information/report to support decision making;
• Drive the preparation and review of budget, including analysis to explain the financial performance;
• Support the implementation of new accounting standards/processes or taxation related requirements such as tax planning;
• To perform other adhoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned as and when required.
• At least a Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking (CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Minimum 45 years' experience in accounts receivable & general accounting
• Experience with Xero Accounting Software will be an added advantage
• PC literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Good command of English.
• Able to work under low supervision and within a small team
• Strong sense of commitment, work under pressure, selfmotivated and teamwork.
• Analytical, meticulous, enthusiastic, responsible, well organized and possess a strong work ethic
