We're looking for an
Accounts Receivable manager to join our
Finance team, to drive operational excellence in our Order-to-Cash process through strategic leadership, continuous improvement, and the leveraging of technology.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be setting up and defining the SLA and KPI for our FinOps team
Putting together the systems and processes that will keep track of our SLA and KPI
Dive into how the team is doing, spot the clues for how we can do better, and suggest the next moves
Help us write the SOPs and policies that will make our Accounts Receivable (AR) workflow more effective and efficient
Run some fun and informative workshops or training sessions to boost our team's productivity and knowledge
Take our junior team members under your wing and coach them to develop their skills and confidence
You'll be leading the charge on delivering the process changes required in Finance Operations in crossfunctional projects
