The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, attendance and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

• You will be overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions in supporting their business operations. You should have the experience in HR, as well as every aspect of jobrelated requirements.
• Supervise HR staff performance and guide employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
• Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job knowledge.
• Ensure a fair recruitment plan and to oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
• Collaborate with the higher management to systematically manage the business operation in line with HR policy which is compliance with labor laws.
• Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Guide the HR staff as a leading authority in human affairs at all times.
• Review, revise and manage all matters relating to company insurance such as GHS inpatient and outpatient.

• At least 8 years of HR handson working experience, preferably in full spectrum of HR functions.
• Experience in dealing with foreign worker and expat management will be an added advantage.
• Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia employment laws and HR practices.
• Has experience in HR operational and strategic elements.
• High integrity and sensitive when dealing with confidential information.
• Possess good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of HRIS is required.

• Human resources management: 5 years (preferred)

• Professional In Human Resources (preferred)
