Job Title:

Supervisor Scheduler, BTW

Reports To:

Duty Senior Executive of Scheduler and Admin

Role Purpose:

Plan, monitor, and manage resources by work demand (flight assignment) and ensure service delivery meets ADS and foreign carrier SLA manning requirements.

Execute task given to ensure smooth handling in operations and response to all Adhoc services and control staff attendance, absenteeism, overtime and manning movement during the operation shift

Key Accountability:

To coordinate, plan, assign and deploy resources based on work demand for operation unit's requirement before the day of operations in TATS.
To supervise, monitor and control staff assignment and response to any disruption (flight delay, cancellation, return to base etc.) and communicate effectively with Duty Manager and Hub Control Centre of any challenge in operation to mitigate potential issue at operation.
To updating and monitor resource movement in TATS (on all type of absences, Clock in/out of attendance, start/end of task assignment) by assigning overtime based on work demand and analyse deployment trends to anticipate breakages from occurring in operation during the operation shift.
To update E-AHAN update in the system for all additional services as instructed by Hub Control Centrer for flight assignment by Aircraft Handling Unit.

Qualification & Experience:

Degree in Management and administration, Resources Planning with 02 years working experience

Diploma in Management and administration, Resources Planning with 04 years working experience

Knowledge in Aircraft Services/Passenger services
Knowledge in Ms Office and Task Assignment

Skills & Knowledge:

Analyse and report writing skills
Negotiations skill
Aviation operation knowledge
Safety, Security & Health knowledge in Aviation Industry

Key Challenges:

To instil discipline among staff (including vendor)to comply with flight precision timing
To anticipate resources constraint due to staff absenteeism.
To respond to amendments due to flight cancellation, delay, etc requires influence and negotiation with staff and have to work closely with Duty Manager Operation and Foreign Carrier Rap
