JOB SCOPE

  • Main jobs
  • Handle defect for unsold unit and unit complain by owner for project.
  • Too coordinate and make appointments for day to day with contractor owners & tenants to carry out the defect rectifications.
  • Manage database for each property, prepared LOA for documentation defect teams & management office.
  • To ensure all defects complaint done rectification on dateline give.
  • Coordinate with landscaping team for landscape issue in Kiara.

OTHER JOB

  • Admin job filling, answer office call, taking massages.
  • Go SAJ to settle meter installation and change developer name to owner name for all project.
  • Data Entry (Sales figures, property listing) providing administration support to Sales department, Manager.
  • Help sales team (bring customer to show unit, briefing project to customer).
  • Join Mapex event.
  • Handling iCares system.
  • Maintenance fee collect payment, issue receipt

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Education:


  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Admin property: 2 years (preferred)
