JOB SCOPE
- Main jobs
- Handle defect for unsold unit and unit complain by owner for project.
- Too coordinate and make appointments for day to day with contractor owners & tenants to carry out the defect rectifications.
- Manage database for each property, prepared LOA for documentation defect teams & management office.
- To ensure all defects complaint done rectification on dateline give.
- Coordinate with landscaping team for landscape issue in Kiara.
OTHER JOB
- Admin job filling, answer office call, taking massages.
- Go SAJ to settle meter installation and change developer name to owner name for all project.
- Data Entry (Sales figures, property listing) providing administration support to Sales department, Manager.
- Help sales team (bring customer to show unit, briefing project to customer).
- Join Mapex event.
- Handling iCares system.
- Maintenance fee collect payment, issue receipt
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Admin property: 2 years (preferred)
