Description

• Preparing cash flow reports, conducting financial analysis and preparing periodic financial reports of the company.
• Prepare, compute, manage, research and analyse all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.
• Responsible to establishing and maintaining effective procurement, recommending proper amendment for financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure tax, legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions of the company.
• Provide leadership and coaching to lead, develop and strengthen the internal control of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements, cash flow, tax reports, payroll and etc.
• Manage, review, analyse and coordinate the submission of the monthly reports to the stakeholders of the company.
• Ensure the sound financial performance of the company with the introduction of internal control policies, better cash flow management, AR collections, cost control, supply chain and inventory management, etc.
• Prepare, assist and review the preparation of the company's annual business plans, budget.
• To assist in tax planning and financing strategies of the company.
• To work with auditors, banks, tax authority and other regulators and ensure legal and regulatory compliance of the company.
• Handle related corporate tax matters.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Additional controllers' duties as necessary.

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or professional certification in ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA(Compulsory).
• At least 8 years working experiences and above in Finance Management.
• Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problem solving skill, excellent communication skill.
• Detailoriented and strong interpersonal skill.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
