Working Location:
Sunway Putra Mall, Kuala Lumpur
Working Days:
Wednesday to Sunday
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Break: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
Contract Length: 6 months
The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of support for our users, helping to solve their issues and provide them with information about our services.
You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and help us to improve our services based on user feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, stepbystep solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams, providing detailed information to ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate information to customers.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our app and services.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Product: VPN
Requirements:
- Ideally possess a diploma.
- Possess own transport.
- Possess at least 1 year of customer service experience, especially in tech or software, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay. Other languages will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the provided shifts on a Wednesday to Sunday schedule, able to work on Public Holidays, when required.
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to learn about VPN technology quickly.
- A customerfirst attitude, with the patience and understanding to deal with various customer inquiries.
