Summary:
Generate sales leads to hit target, achieve excellent customer satisfaction, build long term relationship with customers, answer customer questions.
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Interact with new/existing customers on behalf of organizations by providing information about products and services, takes orders, respond to customer complaints and answer customer questions.
- Build rapport and long-term relationship with customers while providing excellent customer service standard.
- Ensure customer's orders that received through incoming telephone calls, websites, social media or etc. are processed on time.
- Actively search for customers through any social media platforms including cold calls.
Sales target:
daily, weekly and monthly target needed to achieve.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- To support for any ad-hoc projected or task related to customer service.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
