Job Descriptions:
- Oversee facility maintenance and operations to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement emergency protocols.
- Plan and optimize office space to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and manage facility budget, controlling costs effectively.
- Coordinate facilityrelated projects and ensure successful execution.
- Promote and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Lead and train facility maintenance staff for optimal performance.
- Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Keep accurate records and conduct performance evaluations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in facility management, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in facility management or supervision.
- Proficiency in building systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
