Remuneration Package:

Competitive Basic Salary of up to 15,000 (depending on experience and last drawn salary)

Responsibilities:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Performance Management, Employee & Industrial Relations, and Company Culture

Key responsibilities include:

Developing recruitment strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Managing the full recruitment process and salary package proposals.
Conducting salary and benefits benchmarking and implementing new structures to attract, reward, and retain talent.
Supervising payroll administration to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Providing guidance on HR programs, policies, and resolving employeerelations issues.
Handling disciplinary processes, misconduct investigations, and grievance procedures.
Offering coaching and guidance to management on various employment topics, including performance management and HR policies.
Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Leading talent development efforts, including leadership talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans.
Identifying and addressing training needs through job analysis and consultation with managers.
Contributing to team efforts and accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years or more of HR experience in the F&B industry.
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, with average proficiency in English.
Indepth knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Malaysia Tax law, and industrial law.
Wellversed in HR practices and Malaysia statutory requirements.
Excellent understanding of Company HR Policies and ability to develop HR processes and procedures.
Good knowledge of employee relations handling processes.
Familiarity with IFLEXHRMS Payroll System and resolving payroll discrepancies.
Willingness to be based in Bandar Sunway.
Occasional travel required, particularly to government sectors.

Salary:
Up to RM15,000.00 per month
