Remuneration Package:


  • Competitive Basic Salary of up to 15,000 (depending on experience and last drawn salary)

Responsibilities:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Performance Management, Employee & Industrial Relations, and Company Culture


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing recruitment strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Managing the full recruitment process and salary package proposals.
  • Conducting salary and benefits benchmarking and implementing new structures to attract, reward, and retain talent.
  • Supervising payroll administration to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Providing guidance on HR programs, policies, and resolving employeerelations issues.
  • Handling disciplinary processes, misconduct investigations, and grievance procedures.
  • Offering coaching and guidance to management on various employment topics, including performance management and HR policies.
  • Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Leading talent development efforts, including leadership talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans.
  • Identifying and addressing training needs through job analysis and consultation with managers.
  • Contributing to team efforts and accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:


  • 3 to 5 years or more of HR experience in the F&B industry.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, with average proficiency in English.
  • Indepth knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Malaysia Tax law, and industrial law.
  • Wellversed in HR practices and Malaysia statutory requirements.
  • Excellent understanding of Company HR Policies and ability to develop HR processes and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employee relations handling processes.
  • Familiarity with IFLEXHRMS Payroll System and resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Willingness to be based in Bandar Sunway.
  • Occasional travel required, particularly to government sectors.

Salary:
Up to RM15,000.00 per month
