Customer Service Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Highlights
- Country to support : China, HK & Taiwan
- Facing/deal with customers directly on hotel booking, reservation and etc.
Requirements:
- Education level : Degree (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply);Degree & below at least 1 year Customer Service experience.
- Language proficiency : Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin speaking (both Traditional & Simplified)
- Able to speak Cantonese is an advantages but not compulsory.
- Willing to work in shift rotations (24/7);Able to work on public holidays and weekends.

From RM3,600.00 per month
