CQN FACR CWs are required to perform functions associated with this project, inclusive, but not limited to the following: Maintain high standard of Safety & 6S at workplace

Operation tools or modules:

All available testers, toolset and collaterals (ACT & CRB testers, TIU, CMT/Extreme/Summit/V8, V93k/Extreme, LV-HDMT/HDMX, PPV/STHI, TH9000, manual PPV, OLB/OLF etc.), land-cleaning, re-balling & reflow oven tool.

Operations systems:
MyFACR, WO, portal, iCatch and/or any system that's requires by predefined tasks. Possess high degree of judgment and initiative to resolve complex non-standard problems and developing recommendations.

Daily tasks & duties includes, but not limited to:

o Responsible in processing daily FACR units which includes unit collection, recondition units to testable condition and data updating.

Tasks includes performing visual inspection check, land cleaning, re-ball, QSC platform level testing and handling units transfer.

Support lab HVI process and perform unit's data entry, archive, scrap, and/or preparing for shipment documentation to return FACR units to customers.

Assist PQE to set up new tool, sustain lab equipment and ensure all aspect of lab safety always in tip-top condition.

Engineering tester time request perform ATE and PPV test support, upload engineering data into myFACR; update WO to meet 48 hours/14days TPT.

Supplier need to perform proactive escalation using the tool escalation process when he/she unable to get a tester. Running WO to test offline RV/looping at STHI cells.

Running WO to performing 2nd cut RV (shmoo/FF) at Class Test o FACR unit's management Daily sends out FACR status report.
