Responsibilities:


Overall management of the assigned production line in the factory to ensure normal operation including technology, quality, equipment operation, manufacturing statistics, manufacturing site management, production safety management.


  • Carry out various production management rules and regulations. Be responsible for violations of command, violations of production and all accidents.
  • Determine the overall production plan according to the actual production situation and changes in customer demand.
  • Responsible for labor assignment, workload allocation, manufacturing progress and scheduling. Be responsible for missing items in the plan, unbalanced production arrangements, low utilization of working hours, and chaotic manufacturing site management.
  • Responsible for leading the implementation of manufacturing site management, implementing 6S management, and being responsible for the failure of 6S management.
  • Establish and improve the safety responsibility system, organize the establishment of the safety rules, regulations and operating procedures.
  • Supervise and inspect to ensure the effective implementation of production safety. Eliminate hidden dangers that might lead to production safety accidents in time. Create and implement the emergency rescue plan for production safety accidents. Report production safety accidents in a timely and truthful manner. Create and implement the education and training programmes for production safety with the end in mind of achieving "Zero" accident work goal.
  • Key responsible person for the environmental management, protection, ensure schedule waste compliances of the respective manufacturing area with appropriate training and briefing to the workforce.
  • Other matters related to production.
  • Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or electronics; 5 years or more production management experience in manufacturing enterprises.
  • Have qualification of being an internal auditor for Quality System (ISO9001 or IATF16949)/Environmental System ISO14001/Occupational Health and Safety System ISO45001. Be good at using lean manufacturing and other tools for manufacturing site improvement.
  • Have a high degree of sensitivity to the manufacturing floor, good at finding, analyzing and solving problems.
  • Have good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
  • Have qualification certificate for production safety management.

Training Required:


  • ISO90001, ISO14001, ISO45001 certification training.
  • Training on manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, inspection and testing methods.
  • Training on normal inspection procedure, and how to deal with abnormal quality problems.
  • Training on business management knowledge, organizational management skills, and communication skills.
  • Safety and environmental training.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to RM13,000.00 per month
