Sales Support Specialist - Petaling Jaya, Malaysia - ZOM-IN
Description
The day-to-day activities:
- Provide support to sales representatives by creating leads and/or opportunities or merchants
- Verification of opportunities and ensuring that all documentations (e
g:
licenses, menus) are valid for smooth merchant onboarding
- Coordinate with sales representatives to consolidate missing documentations (if any)
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in relation to onboarding and contracting processes
- Handles tickets and channel escalations and assigning them to the relevant stakeholders within SLA
- Adhoc administrative tasks as assigned by team lead
- Minimally 5 years relevant work experience
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Learns quickly and is able to cope with a high learning curve
- Accountable and responsible for their work, highly meticulous, targetdriven
- Flexible and is able to be quick on their feet to think of solutions for any issues that arises
- Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate with various internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
Job Types:
Permanent, Contract
Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
