The day-to-day activities:


  • Provide support to sales representatives by creating leads and/or opportunities or merchants
  • Verification of opportunities and ensuring that all documentations (e

g:
licenses, menus) are valid for smooth merchant onboarding

  • Coordinate with sales representatives to consolidate missing documentations (if any)
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in relation to onboarding and contracting processes
  • Handles tickets and channel escalations and assigning them to the relevant stakeholders within SLA
  • Adhoc administrative tasks as assigned by team lead
  • Minimally 5 years relevant work experience
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Learns quickly and is able to cope with a high learning curve
  • Accountable and responsible for their work, highly meticulous, targetdriven
  • Flexible and is able to be quick on their feet to think of solutions for any issues that arises
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate with various internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage

Job Types:
Permanent, Contract


Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
