    We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet our company's hiring needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates.
    • Utilize job portals, social media, networks, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
    • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Facilitate the interview process by preparing questions and participating in sessions.
    • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screening as required.
    • Ensure a positive experience with clear and timely communication throughout the process.
    • Provide candidates with information about the company, roles, and expectations.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to the team.
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
    • Generate reports and analytics to track key performance indicators like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
    • Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.

    Success Criteria:

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
