Company Overview
The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skilful and competent.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide qualityrelated support to Sales & Marketing in achieving company's quality objectives
  • Supports include periodic meetings with strategic customers, testing of trial products quality performance
  • Work and monitor closely with production, sales, customers and suppliers on preventing and resolving quality issues
  • Analyze and take timely action to address trends of nonconformance products from customer complaints, incoming materials and inmanufacturing processes
  • Periodically review and monitor parameters, which are critical to quality, and work closely with suppliers and manufacturing team to improve the quality
  • Handle customer complaints by conducting investigation and providing feedback to the requester within the specified time and feedback to respective team for corrective actions
  • Track and improve customer complaints response time and ensure proper and timely disposition of customers' returns
  • Responsible for the quality management system and environmental management system of the company ISO accreditation and also supervising and monitoring on the implementation
  • Work with purchasing to obtain ban substances test result and declarations from suppliers
  • Coordinate testing and submit ban substances test result to strategic customers
  • Determining, reporting and to recommending Corrective Action on the principal causes of quality matters
  • To provide technical advice and to assist production line during the production process on quality matters
  • To ensure Internal Audit will be carried out regularly at least once a year
  • To maintain the Quality Management System and ensure that matters related to quality have been brought up and discussed in the Management Review Meetings
  • To ensure that all QA activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner
  • Assist in the formulation of new part or part modification
  • Set goals (objectives) based on the company's plans and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance
  • Assess, recruit, develop and retain a competent QA operations team towards growth by carry training, multiskilled development
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by setting targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), support productivity and reduce delivery time
  • Responsible in obtaining activities related to Quality Management System, Environmental System and Product Environmental for the company to function on a long term basis
  • Drive achievement of Quality Objective, Quality Policy and Departmental Objectives through communicate understood and implement
  • Enforce work discipline to achieve consistency in quality of work
  • Identify and resolve problems in an effective and efficient way
  • To make crucial decisions in favor of cost efficiency without compromising on quality
  • Performing other duties which may arise from time to time

Requirements:


  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), polymer or equivalent
  • More than 8 years QAQC experience
  • Well verse and hands on experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, IATF 16949: 2016 quality management system
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control & Assurance / Inspection or equivalent
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm

Pay:
RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
