Lead and manage the product development team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship.

Drive innovation by identifying market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to develop new and exciting health food products.
Develop and execute product development strategies, ensuring alignment with Company goals and market demands.
Oversee inhouse R&D activities, including formulation, prototyping, testing, and optimization of new products.
Collaborate with other brands and suppliers to ensure timely and costeffective production of products.
Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and targets.
Foster crossfunctional collaboration with marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product launches and commercialization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma or related field is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the fashion industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of fashion industry market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Exceptional project management, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to think strategically, drive results, and make datadriven decisions
Experience in expanding product lines and managing relationships with otherbrands and suppliers.
