As the owner of two leading media platforms —Glitz and Beauty Insider—we are at the forefront of digital marketing and content creation.

We are currently seeking a
Business Development Executive.


As a
Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sponsorship and revenue generation across our assets under MTM, including Beauty Insider, Glitz, and Book & Go.

You will focus on approaching salon owners in JB and Glitz MY, leveraging the attractiveness of our platforms to secure sponsorship deals and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and approach salon owners in JB and Glitz MY to present sponsorship opportunities and advertising solutions across Beauty Insider, Glitz, and Book & Go.
  • Showcase the unique value propositions of our platforms, emphasizing their reach, engagement, and effectiveness in targeting the salon and lifestyle market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, leveraging your understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, content creation, and client servicing, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our offerings and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client communications using CRM systems.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the digital marketing or media industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and build rapport with clients.
  • Resultsdriven mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is preferred.
