The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise employees within the operations department.
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Staff scheduling based on work load and operation activities. 2.

Operational Strategies:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and productivity.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Performance Analysis:

Budget Oversight:

  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the operations budget.
  • Monitor expenses and costs, ensuring they align with budgetary targets. 7.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience in food service industry).
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, minimum of 510 Years.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel and handle ahhoc job without hesitation.
  • Active and Energetic by nature and able to handle situation.
