Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:


  • Register guests and assign rooms and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Assist in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
  • Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash-handling policies and procedures.
  • Understand room status and room status tracking.
  • Knowledgeable about room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
  • Must be sales minded - to present options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
  • Familiar with all the activities and services provided by the Hotel property.
  • Coordinate room status updates with the Housekeeping department by notifying them of all check-outs, late check-outs, early check-ins, special requests, and day-use rooms status for their actions.
  • Report any unusual occurrences or suspicious guests' behaviour to superior immediately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
  • Always be ready to greet or approach guest at the lobby area.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate


Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
