Proven experience (1 year) in vendor communication or related roles

JAKEL MALL KL

Coordinate individuals and teams to develop, brainstorm with team campaigns and advertisement for company.
Project oversight with communications between sales, finance and creative teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budgets and according to company specification.
Prepare to propose every project / idea to bosses for their approval.

Vendor communication

Consult & meeting directly with vendor to determine which media / sponsorship and strategies will provide an ideal balance of reach and cost for any projects.

Team

Effectively communicate with teams to set priorities. Setting project schedules and timelines. Take any actions to solve team problem. Develop new idea depends on target market & trends for company product or sale item to get attentions from customer

Marketing & Financial Planning

Develop budgets & company profit to set new target & profit achievement for upcoming project. Followup Ambassador schedule & commitment to ensure they follow the agreement
