Account Executive - Johor Bahru, Malaysia - Agensi Pekerjaan ASK Resources Sdn Bhd
Description
Collect and analyst cost data to determine the expenses associated with each branch.- Assist in financial documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide the necessary information and explanations during the audit process.
- Prepare and maintain corporate records, including meeting minutes, resolutions and other legal documents.
- Record and maintain accurate accounting entries for the acquisition and disposal of fixed assets, update the fixed assets register to reflect changes in asset ownership, depreciation and valuation.
- Any other duty which assigned by HOD / Managing Director
Requirement
- Minimum diploma in accounting or above.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a must.
Salary:
RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
