    Job Title:

    SAP IS-Automotive Functional Support Specialist

As a SAP IS-Automotive Functional Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions and helping to solve real business problems for our valued clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify areas of improvement and propose plans to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    • Provide solutions to medium to complex requirements in the areas of IS-Auto (Warranty) and IS-Automotive.

    • Develop and deliver presentations to expand business opportunities and participate in proposal efforts and sales calls.

    • Oversee assigned personnel for projects/operations, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.

    • Support the transition team in capturing technical knowledge and ensuring site operation teams are fully trained.

    • Proactively propose improvements to simplify processes and implement operational continuous improvements.

    • Review information, incidents, and problems collected by the Service Desk team, perform additional analysis, and resolve issues.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • 6+ years of related working experience in SAP Support environment and/or SAP project implementation in the areas of IS-Auto (Warranty).

    • Knowledge of SAP IS-Automotive (Warranty), SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and ITIL v 4.

    • Ability to coach and guide junior employees, provide solutions to complex requirements, and manage mid-level management clients.
