Responsibilities:


1.


Board Registration & Compliance:


  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the timely submission of required documents.

2.


Communication and Customer Service:


  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and internal/board complaints by providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage courier services if needed.

3.

Office Equipment and Facilities Management:


  • Monitor and report issues related to office equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance to ensure a wellfunctioning workplace.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining office supplies such as stationery and toiletries, placing orders when necessary.
  • Arrange payments for utility bills and other related expenses.

Requirements:


  • Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and resultsoriented.
  • Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people.
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Malay.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Minimum 3 months of internship period.

Salary:
RM RM1,000.00 per month
