Responsibilities:
1.
Board Registration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the timely submission of required documents.
2.
Communication and Customer Service:
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and internal/board complaints by providing assistance and information as needed.
- Coordinate and manage courier services if needed.
3.
Office Equipment and Facilities Management:
- Monitor and report issues related to office equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance to ensure a wellfunctioning workplace.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining office supplies such as stationery and toiletries, placing orders when necessary.
- Arrange payments for utility bills and other related expenses.
Requirements:
- Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and resultsoriented.
- Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people.
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Malay.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Minimum 3 months of internship period.

Salary:
RM RM1,000.00 per month
