Responsibitlies:


  • Entry and review of the monthly payroll time data as required, employee maintenance, statutory information, new hire, terminated and current employee processing. This is also including processing end to end payroll.
  • Coordinate with Human Resource Business Partners on the timely and accurate updating of employee master file changes in payroll systems.
  • Coordinate with clients on the timely and accurate updating of employee master file changes in payroll systems.
  • Audit payroll data entry and employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate administration of employee salary, leave and claims
  • Prepare invoices to client.
  • To champion the market needs on Payroll Outsourcing
  • Gathering information what the specialisation on competitor HRMS
  • To analyst on system lacking, system enhancement plan.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience at a company processing 500+ employees.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong skill in MS excel, Word, and the ability to learn additional programs as needed.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
