***: This position is primarily concerned with the preventive maintenance of AVISENA patient rooms and as well as a dispatcher for basic civil, electrical and mechanical issues at AVISENA hospital. This position has frequent contact with customers, requiring repairing and troubleshooting skills as well as being courteous.
This position reports directly to the Technical Executive - Operations and Support

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The job's primary responsibility is to meet or excel KPI deliverables and the successful execution of engineering and facility maintenance services.

To attend to all work requests / complaints by troubleshooting and repairing (basic civil, electrical and mechanical issues).

To ensure that all attended work requests / complaints are closed in CWORKS System.

To perform preventive maintenance of AVISENA patient rooms and premises.
Assist with and evaluate third-party repairs.
Participates in department orientation and on-the-job training for new employees.
To take reasonable care at workplace for the safety of oneself, others and to comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety, health and environment as required. Report all accidents / incidents and hazards to the superior and complete the Incident Report Form for each accident / incident.
To perform other related duties as assigned by superior (Head of Department, Engineering & Facility Maintenance, Technical Executives.
Perform on-call maintenance after office hours.
Assist Engineering & Facility Maintenance Store PIC in store housekeeping.
