Description
Perform administrative duties and mainly support for Admin and Account department- Office Management: Support administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office;
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files, ensuring they are uptodate and easily accessible when needed;
- Account Administration: Assist in the account administration such as issue invoice, data entry and etc.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure a conducive working environment;
- Temporarily incharge of reception's works during the absent of receptionist such as answering phone call and attend to customers' enquiries;
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Admin or any discipline.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin proficiency would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the administration or accounting field.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency.
- Able to work as a team member as well as an independent individual.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
